Welcome to PI3!

PI3 is the name of Purple DPSS's new CRM system. Pronounced 'Pie', it stands for Purple Intelligence with the 3 representing the objectives of the system; Efficiency, Speed and Reliability.

The name was put forward by Ian, one of our Head Office-based Account Managers, in a company-wide competition to name the new solution, and following a vote by the whole Purple DPSS team, it was chosen as the overwhelming winner.

In developing this bespoke system, these objectives were at the forefront of our thinking. We wanted to build a quick and easy-to-use system which worked not just for ourselves, but for every single user whether you are a Direct Payment Holder, Social Worker, Personal Assistant or Funding Authority.
